NEWS Dutch ERP software vendor, Baan, this week made some top-level changes. CEO and co-founder, Jan Baan has moved to the company's management board, while former chief operating officer, Tom Tinsley with move into the chief executive's chair. In addition, product divisions have been recompiled into five "global product business units". These are BaanERP, Baan FrontOffice, BaanMSO (maintenance, service and operations), BaanSCS (supply chain and scheduling) and BaanCOS (corporate office services).
