NEWS Cap Gemini is recommending Sun as a 'one-stop shop' solution provider for its worldwide Internet and telco clients. The consultancy firm is to set up demonstration centres in California, France and Singapore following a successful pilot scheme in Holland. The centres, coordinated by Cap Gemini Telcom & Media, will show Internet service providers and cable operators how to use Solaris-based applications for customer care, billing and ecommerce. The original centre, based in Utrecht, Holland, also demonstrates Sun's video streaming and firewall solutions.
