NEWS CitySearch - a California-based online listing service - plans to offer nearly $60m of its shares to the public. The company, which rivals Microsoft's Sidewalk and AOL's Digital City, will offer 4.6 million shares, priced at $11 to $13 each, according to a filing at the Securities & Exchange Commission.
