NEWS Oracle has bought computer telephony integration software specialist Versatility in a $12m stock deal. Oracle currently only offers inbound service call centre applications, but with this acquisition it aims to extend its offering to encompass everything from front office software to enterprise resource planning. Versatility's products include call routing, customer care, screen synchronisation and telemarketing software.
