In brief: Scottish Power revamps call centre system

NEWS Scottish Power has expanded the roll-out of a customer management system from Graham Technology as part of its move into the multi-utility market. The GT-X system - which was installed in its 400-seat Glasgow call centre three years ago - has been extended to cater for 900 users as the company increases its presence in the gas market. Operators can use it to handle up to 50 different customer cases from one interface.
