Iona launches OrbixWeb for Java

NEWS Iona Technologies claims to have addressed the Java middleware gap in the software market with its latest release of OrbixWeb. According to Iona, OrbixWeb 3.1 enables Java developers to build software which links their conventional Windows NT, HP-UX or Sun Solaris applications to the Internet. OrbixWeb 3.1 is due to be released in mid-October priced at £882.
