BEA and InLine give JavaBeans a boost

NEWS Middleware vendor, BEA Systems is to team up with InLine Software to add Enterprise JavaBean (EJB) tools to it's WebLogic Server. The companies claimed the deal will enable developers to rapidly build EJB components for Internet and other networked applications, giving a boost to Sun's JavaBean strategy. InLine's AssemblyLine software offers support for Symantec's VisualCafe IDE developer tool. The company promised future support for IBM's Visual Age, Inprise's Jbuilder and NetBeans Developer.
