SAP takes HR to the public sector

NEWS SAP has announced the release of its Human Resource Funds and Position Management (HR-FPM) software for public sector organisations. SAP said HR-FPM will integrate with its existing HR (human resources) software, adding tailored sections for public sector companies. It claimed the package links human resources with finance to allow a real-time view of expenditure. The package is being trialled at universities in Newcastle, Cape Town, Berlin and Landschaftsverbrand Rheinland.
