NEWS Oracle has announced an XML enabled enterprise e-business platform to help companies manage the routing and processing of ecommerce traffic. Based on Oracle's Internet Platform, the server architecture also offers message broker capabilities, which enable businesses to process, transform and route XML-based data. XML support for Oracle 8i and the Oracle Application server is also provided to enable integration with any ecommerce server and back office system including billing applications and order entry. Nearly 30 application vendors and independent software vendors have already announced their support for Oracle's XML based infrastructure.
