NEWS Fore Systems has announced a networking product to back up SAP R/3 installations. ERP Express is a software switch agent that lets IT managers control network flow on medium and large-scale R/3 systems. Fore says the product will lower the cost of ERP (enterprise resource planning) support infrastructure, by removing the need for a second network to handle traffic between application servers and database servers.
