NEWS Compaq is to implement an e-procurement system from Infobank at a major utility based in the south-west of the UK, thought to be National Power. Compaq, an Infobank channel partner, will use the ecommerce specialist's InTrade Purchaser software to automate the procurement of hardware and software from itself and other vendors. Infobank said InTrade supports multicurrency, euro, multi-language, multisupplier, and multilocation business-to-business transactions.
