NEWS Financial sector software specialists, Mondas, has signed an agreement with Norwegian PTT spin-off, Ephorma, to supply intranet software components to the country's local government offices. The deal guarantees Mondas £136,000 in the first eight months. The Norwegian local government will use the software to allow citizens access to information, contact local authority staff and process applications and tax forms over the Web. Local government staff will also use the intranet software to publish and disseminate information internally throughout the organisation.
