Razorfish nets i-Cube for $677m

NEWS Web design company, Razorfish, is to buy i-Cube, a US-based ecommerce developer, for $677m (£420m). The merger of the two companies has been approved by both boards of directors. Razorfish CEO, Jeff Dachis, said the deal will greatly enhance its change management service. i-Cube has offices in the Germany, Holland, the UK and the US, and a list of clients including American Express, Nissan and Shell. Razorfish was founded in 1995 and manages and designs Internet strategies for a variety of companies, such as Charles Schwab, Excite, Ericsson and KPMG.
