NEWS CosmoCom has launched CosmoCall Universe, its next-generation IP Web-enabled software for call centres. The updated version of CosmoCall - its multichannel, interaction call centre product - will offer improvements on system functionality and user interface. US-based CosmoCom claims CosmoCall Universe will permit a fully integrated Internet and telephone call centre with automatic distribution intelligence to process live calls and messages.
