NEWS SGI has released an open source product to enable users to quickly build Linux applications. Called "Jessie", the integrated development environment offers debugging and performance analysis tools. The tools also enable users to cross test commands to analyse the impact of using multiple commands together. Written in Java, C++, Assembler and Fortran, Jessie can be downloaded from http://oss.sgi.com
