ERP vendors will rise to top of CRM market

NEWS ERP (enterprise resource planning) vendors are set to dominate the CRM market within the next four years, according to a report by AMR Research. It also predicts that the global market will be worth $16.8bn by 2003. The report, entitled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Report 1998 to 2003, sees CRM becoming an increasingly strategic part of business practice and a key to increased revenues.
