NEWS British Energy has bought a stake in an Internet property site - HomeDirectory.com. The amount of the deal has not been released, but British Energy describes the move in a statement as a "substantial minority equity holding with a multi-million pound financial investment". HomeDirectory.com describes itself as a one-stop for home-movers across the UK. British Energy say the site will open up a new route to consumer markets by allowing users to arrange utility services at the same place they find their property.
