NEWS French retailer, Carrefour, has signed an agreement with US-based SourcingLink.net to use its Internet services to electronically trade with its suppliers. Under the terms of the deal, Carrefour will receive a warrant to buy 150,000 shares of SourcingLink.net stock. A spokesman for SourcingLink.net claimed the deal makes Carrefour its largest customer to date. Carrefour currently runs 983 supermarkets and hypermarkets.
