NEWS IT services company, Bull, has signed a strategic agreement with Siebel to become the worldwide integrator of Siebel's CRM products. The applications can be used for sales force and marketing automation, customer care and call centres. Bull will add an extra 300 consultants to its 1,000-strong team dedicated to supporting enterprise implementations. Bull has recently won a number of major CRM contracts for corporate clients including Banque Nationale de Paris, Credit Agricole, Gaz de France and L'Oreal.
