Swiss Life CRM strategy to get Onyx boost

NEWS Swiss Life has turned to Onyx Software and applications service provider (ASP) Interliant to improve its customer relationship management (CRM). Five hundred of the insurer's customer-facing staff will use Onyx Front Office, via Interliant, in an attempt to make the company more customer-facing. The Onyx product is popular in the financial sector, and will be used by sales, marketing and customer service staff.
