CSL wins £14m governmental contract

NEWS Deloitte & Touche subsidiary, CSL, has won a £14m contract to supply a management information system to the Lord Chancellor's Department. The seven-year contract will provide the Lord Chancellor's Department with operational and financial data from more than 300 courts in England and Wales via the use of an Oracle data warehouse. CSL will host the system on Unix servers run from its Sheffield data centre. Users will get browser-based access to information from their PCs. The first phase of the contract is to be implemented in the autumn 2000 with the remainder to be completed in 2001. For more information see:
