Zantaz offers brokerages knowledge management archive

NEWS Internet-based knowledge management company, Zantaz.com, has announced an archiving product based on Lotus Notes for the financial services industry. The product has been developed in association with Software House Enterprise Solutions and allows financial services companies to comply with American Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) regulations regarding electronic correspondence. The product involves porting Zantaz.com's Digital Safe service to the Lotus Notes environment. The SEC requires all email relating to online brokerage transactions to be archived in a secure setting with immediate availability for auditing by regulators.
