ic24 users get multi-message management

NEWS Customers of ic24, the new media arm of the Trinity Mirror Group, are to receive a complete email, fax and voicemail service. The company has signed an agreement with hosted message management provider, Vivao. Users of the service may also have customised information delivered to both their email account, and mobile phone via SMS. Email may be listened to over mobile or fixed phones using speech-to-text technology.
