NEWS US customer service management software company Tech Tell is building a call centre in Belfast. The company will create 900 jobs in the Duncairn Gardens area of north Belfast. The call centre is aimed at helping European companies with their ecommerce problems. The investment by Tech Tell will be a welcome boost for an area with high unemployment and a history of sectarian violence.
