Bolero.net secures $50m investment

Online trading specialist Bolero.net has announced the completion of its $50m first round of funding.

NEWS Bolero offers a service that enables banks, logistics companies and those involved in any form of trading to exchange data and documentation via the internet. Apax Partners Europe has invested $30m in the venture, Baring Asia Private Equity II $15m and Palio Portfolio $5m. Companies who have already employed Bolero's service include Hitachi, Samsung Electronics and Tate & Lyle as well as 50 banks and a number of B2B exchanges. By Ben King
