NEWS From the minute the Party launched its 44-page manifesto, Ambitions for Britain, yesterday, the site at http://www.labour.org.uk began to struggle and then failed to usefully respond for the next four hours. According to performance monitoring company Keynote, the Labour site has averaged a response time of over 14 seconds for the last week, compared to just 2.6 seconds for the Conservatives.
