NEWS Sony's internet bank has been hounded by technical difficulties just hours after going live. According to reports, potential customers of the Japanese site were unable to access web pages and those that could were subjected to painfully slow navigation. The electronics and entertainment giant will have to fix the glitch soon if it hopes to hit the 400,000-customer target within its first three years of operation.
