NEWS SAP has paid $225m to raise its stake in Commerce One to 20 per cent. The increased investment will let the German company take a seat on the Commerce One board. It previously held a five per cent stake in the B2B marketplace. Commerce One also issued a profit warning today on second quarter results, due out mid July. Revenue expectations have been lowered from $160m to between $100m to $120m.
