Software firm runs into problems in B2B sector

...but a deal with Argos may ease I2's worries...

NEWS B2B software company I2 Technologies has warned its second-quarter results will be lower than expected, citing difficult market conditions. I2 says it will now report revenues totalling $235m to $240m on 18 July - well short of the $282m Wall Street analysts predicted. The Dallas, Texas-based firm recently secured a software deal with catalogue chain Argos to manage inventory across its 474 stores throughout the UK and Ireland.
