Autonomy falls back on brief rise

They go up, they go down...

NEWS Autonomy shares fell back today after enjoying a short-lived boost on news of a partnership with IBM. Autonomy rose 16 per cent yesterday to close at 422p. In early trading this morning Autonomy fell back to 402p. This is down from a year high of 4,150p. IBM will include Autonomy software on its web servers. Autonomy was not available to comment on this story.
