EDS seals E.piphany deal

NEWS EDS and E.piphany have signed a three-year software licensing agreement, making the outsourcing and services giant a reseller for the CRM provider's software. EDS also announced plans to incorporate E.piphany's E.5 suite for CRM tools into its own integrated CRM offerings. The IT services firm also plans to provide outsourcing and ASP services for the E.5 suite of marketing, sales and service applications. Mike Littell, president of EDS customer relationship management, said this would allow the company to meet the demands of its clients by offering services in real time.
