NEWS Cisco and E.piphany have teamed up to build a customer contact solution using E.piphany's CRM products and Cisco's customer contact software. Cisco will be providing contact management, collaboration, and contact centre software to strengthen E.piphany's CRM offering and E.piphany provides web-based CRM software with a particular strength in analytics. E.piphany's clients include a range of high-profile dot-coms, including Amazon.com, ebookers.com, lastminute.com and WebMD, as well as British Telecom, Vodafone and Cisco themselves.
