NEWS BT Retail has sealed a deal with Lucent spin-off Avaya to resell kit and services. The deal includes Avaya's call centre server and unified messaging products. A spokesman for Avaya said: "This will give us access to large corporate and SME customers." Looking forward he claimed we will soon see bundled offerings of BT and Avaya technology.
