Loudcloud launches research services

Money making plan set to cut losses...

NEWS Loudcloud, the Managed Services Provider founded by Netscape pioneer Marc Andreesen, is to offer its clients research services. The services are based on 60,000 hours of technology evaluations already conducted by Loudcloud's researchers. If the service takes off it will be a welcome source of new revenue for the loss-making company, which last month announced that job cuts were in the offing.
