Saga creates 750 call centre jobs

NEWS Over-50s holiday specialist Saga is creating 750 jobs in a call centre near Margate, Kent. The company is spending £15m on the new call centre which will employ 600 people by the end of 2002. Another 150 jobs will be created in Saga's headquarters in Folkestone. Saga sells holidays and other services to the over fifties. Its magazine is the largest subscription magazine in the country selling over a million copies a month.
