Nationwide CRM push keeps branches open

No wine bars here...

NEWS Nationwide Building Society has opted for a CRM policy which underlines its commitment to a network of branches, rather than a pure play online strategy. The system, called Portrait, is provided by AIT - a thin client network that can distribute account data and information about Nationwide's portfolio of financial services to customers within branches and other contact centres. A spokesman for the building society said that Portrait had been chosen because it integrated easily with existing systems.
