NEWS Ariba claims to have finally completed a five-month long management reshuffle with the appointment of new CFO Jim Frankola. Frankola replaces Robert Calderoni, who left the position in October to take over from Keith Krach as CEO. Krach, Ariba's founder and chairman, had been holding the CEO reigns on an interim basis since the departure of Larry Mueller in July. Krach originally vacated the CEO role in April to make way for Mueller, who quite after just three months on the job. New CFO Frankola previously worked in a number of finance positions at packaging firm Avery Dennison, and IBM.
