IBM offers one-stop-shop for CRM

NEWS IBM has launched a customer relationship management service (CRM) to help the rollout of CRM systems at medium-to-large companies. IBM CRM services will offer support on all aspects of CRM operations, including consultation and implementation, as well as technology management and call centre efficiency. The services are available in the US now and will be rolled out to Europe in the second quarter of 2002.
