British Airways moves to cut costs

More belt-tightening at troubled BA...

NEWS BA will be rolling out e-sourcing software from Frictionless over the next few months to cut procurement costs. All sections of sourcing across the flight operator's business will use the software - from services to products and materials. The airline spends more than £5bn a year on goods and services from suppliers and the move is part of BA's commitment to strategic sourcing. That's the good news from BA, here's the bad:
