NEWS PeopleSoft has added mobile synchronisation technology to its CRM 8.4 software to let disconnected users sync data between laptop and database. The company claims the feature lets users sync up to one year of updates in six minutes, a speed PeopleSoft claims beats rival technologies. The feature's embedded business application logic lets users intelligently identify relationships between customers, transactions data and users.
