NEWS B2B marketplace provider, Commerce One, yesterday announced the departure of two of its most senior executives. The company confirmed that president and chief operating officer, Dennis Jones, and chief financial officer, Peter Pervere, would depart. Pervere leaves at the end of this month while Jones will exit on 30 June. Current chairman and CEO, Mark Hoffman, will resume his duties with Chuck Boynton becoming CFO. Commerce One reported losses of $220m last month.
