Christ Relationship Management?

NEWS A Reading religious group is experimenting with the internet and CRM to help tempt its congregation in and to co-ordinate the mammoth attempt of a prayer marathon. 24-7prayer (www.24-7prayer.com), is a group committed to holding a constant vigil of prayer. 24-7 prayer is a 'virtual monastery' that has real-life 'Boiler Room' churches around the world, one of which is in Reading. The Boiler Room in Reading is using customer management (CRM) software to segment its interest groups so that it can mail, email or call people to ensure a ready source of volunteers for its live meetings and to book church groups for its constant prayer.
