NEWS Systems Union (SU) Group is to buy Germany-based MIS AG Market for £23.7m, in the process creating a business intelligence (BI) division. MIS counts around a thousand user organisations as customers and employs 460 staff at 14 offices around the world, half of which are in Germany. The company specialises in customised planning, reporting and analysis software used for purposes such as real-time sales planning and risk management.
