Antennas probing the horizon

When looking at the antennas, it's hard to tell how big they are. Here, resident astronomer Rick Forster stands beside one of them, opening up the compartment that houses the receiver and shields it from the weather, as well as provides protection for the sensitive receiver from ground radiation.
