Launched in Belgium in February 2002 with a mission to deliver comprehensive, quality private investment portfolio services to high net worth individuals, Robeco Bank already possessed a database of more than 10,000 prospects. To successfully mine this target audience, it needed a system that would provide best-practice contact management and campaign management as well as a system that would integrate seamlessly with its existing back-office banking system. The company selected Oracle's Siebel applications for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.
