Proviron Consolidates and Automates Operations to Improve Flexibility and Adaptability

Overview Proviron wanted to consolidate operations of the company's two production sites in Belgium and align all business processes. The challenge was to implement an integrated enterprise resource planning system to replace a myriad of legacy systems that were not communicating. Proviron worked with Oracle Consulting to implement Oracle's JD Edward EnterpriseOne applications as the autonomous, flexible, sole backbone for all business processes, integrating existing systems and data and achieved a smooth implementation and managed maintenance of the system with limited staff and assistance from Oracle Consulting and Getronics.
