Overview Emergency equipment such as the AntaresX Mobile Command Center needs high processing power and the reliability of a ruggedized embedded computer to support its mission critical applications. Designing a product with an extended lifetime guarantee was also essential to the engineering design team at Future Concepts. During the design-in phase of the project, Future Concept engineers worked with the VersaLogic sales team and manufacturer's representative firm Gabriel Partners to qualify and specify the Cobra as the heart of this sophisticated communications system. The support that VersaLogic engineers, their representatives and technical sales people were able to provide - and the ability of VersaLogic to deliver quality customized embedded computers on a tight timeline - all helped contribute to the customer's decision to use VersaLogic products.
