Overview Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) enables enterprises too quickly respond to changing business requirements. Since there are human users interacting with SOA by, for example, entering data or making decisions, user interfaces are an integral part of the architecture. In this paper it is shown how to migrate an existing presentation component of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to SOA.
