Category: Professions and Industries, IT Management, Enterprise Applications

Overview Founded in 1977, Mitchell Humphrey Software is an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) that specializes in the development of accounting applications for businesses and non-profit organizations. To maintain an advantage over its competition, Mitchell Humphrey began looking for ways to expand into the governmental marketplace, specifically the areas of municipal licensing and permitting. The company needed a cost-effective, flexible solution that would support its legacy on-premise delivery model while also offering hybrid and hosted deployment options. Mitchell Humphrey joined the Microsoft ISV SaaS (Software as a Service) Readiness Program, implemented the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 business software, and - with the help of Microsoft Partner Mural Consulting - built a software-plus-services accounting solution designed specifically for use by municipal and county governments.
