Equifax do Brasil Implements Sales Force Tool and Increases Operational Gains
Category: Enterprise Applications
Overview Equifax wanted to implement a sales force tool that will maximize opportunities, increasing earnings and market share in Brazil and provide a product that can accommodate growth based on the demand for products and services in the commercial credit sector. The challenge was to maximize post-sale control and client preservation, maintaining a unified relationship record worldwide and customize marketing campaigns, providing the right information to the right customers. Equifax worked with Oracle Partner OneInfo Consulting to implement Oracle CRM On Demand, replacing a homegrown system focused only on sales force remuneration and enabling full business visibility and improved decision-making in joint-sale situations.
